The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation, control, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous or blocking of data processed in violation of the law. He has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection, to request the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous way or the block of the processed data, and to object without reason to the processing concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales, or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
