– Our story

The firm, which was founded in 1936, is located in the historic city centre of Bolzano. Its founder, lawyer Luis Sand, mainly dealt with criminal law matters, in addition to working for two legislative terms as Senator of the Republic in the Italian Parliament. Under the guidance of his nephew, lawyer Gerhart Gostner, the firm’s practice has evolved towards civil law, becoming one of the most prestigious law firms in the region.

Today, the Law Firm’s activities include both out-of-court advice and assistance and legal representation in all matters of civil, administrative and criminal law before all Italian and European courts.
